Suzanne Friedrich

I was born in the UK but spent most of my youth in Africa and the Middle East.  I returned to England to study education, followed by teaching positions in Germany. With fluency in German and an ever-present interest in psychology, I retrained, qualifying as a licenced mental health practitioner (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie).  Canary Talk Therapy is a registered private practice, offering counseling and therapy to the local and expatriate community in Frankfurt.  Today I live with my husband and children in the Taunus area.

From a humanistic perspective, I believe we all have the capacity for self-development, self-direction and self-respect.  Using evidence-based methods I can guide you to inner peace, help boost your confidence and reclaim your authenticity.  With these positive changes, you'll be able to create a life in which you can thrive, not just survive.
